Terms of service

1. The service

Munchello Commerce Control is subscription software that connects to an Amazon selling account with the account holder’s authorization and reports profitability, inventory, listing, pricing and search performance. It is available to any Amazon seller who subscribes and accepts these terms.

2. Subscription, fees and billing

Plans are Starter at 49 US dollars per month, Growth at 99 US dollars per month, and Scale at 249 US dollars per month, as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Applicable taxes may be added.

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and partial months are not refunded. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change takes effect for an existing subscription.

3. Fees charged by Amazon

The subscription fee is the only amount LEVILEV SUPPLY CO LLC charges. It does not include amounts you owe Amazon. Your Amazon selling plan, referral fees, fulfilment and storage fees, and any advertising spend are billed to you by Amazon directly and are not collected by us. We do not take a percentage of your sales or of your advertising spend.

4. Authority to connect accounts

You represent that you own, or are authorized to administer, every Amazon account you connect. You remain responsible for that account and for your users, products, claims, prices, inventory, tax obligations, and compliance with Amazon policies.

5. Permitted use

You may use the service to review commerce data, analyze advertising, configure operating policies, approve or automate permitted actions, and review audit history. You may not probe security controls, attempt to access another customer’s data, disclose credentials, submit unlawful content, or use the service to violate Amazon policies.

6. Automation and AI

AI-assisted analysis may be incomplete or incorrect. The service applies deterministic limits and the policies you configure, but you remain responsible for the authority you grant it. Credentials are never delegated to an AI model. Automated execution may be disabled or revoked by you at any time.

7. Amazon relationship

Munchello Commerce Control is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon. Amazon services, APIs, reporting, attribution, permissions and availability may change. Your use of Amazon services remains governed by your own agreements with Amazon.

8. Your data

You retain all rights in your business data. We process it only to operate, secure and support the service you have subscribed to. Your data is isolated per customer and is never shared with another customer. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular advertising result, sales growth, or profitability. Features may be modified or discontinued, and we will give reasonable notice of a material reduction in what a paid plan includes.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect accounts, to comply with law or Amazon policy, to address a security event, or in response to misuse or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription, disconnect your Amazon authorizations, and request deletion of your data at any time.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. LEVILEV SUPPLY CO LLC is not responsible for indirect, special or consequential losses, or for actions taken outside the service’s recorded authorization and policy controls. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify subscribers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
